SATURDAY: Day tour to Kosovo
Day tour to visit so called, “the youngest European country”. Kosovo border is less than 30 minutes from Skopje city center. You will have a chance to visit the Kosovo capital – Pristina, the picturesque town of Prizren and the unique Orthodox church at Grachanica village.
Pristina – the capital and largest city of Kosovo, also is the administrative center of the country.
Optional visit to the Ethnology museum (entrance fee apply). The picturesque town of Prizren, with its old bazaar, possibility to visit Sinan Pasha mosque. And for those who like light hike, possibility to climb to the Prizren fortress with nice view to the valley.Drive back to Skopje via mountain road across Shara park (subject of weather conditions)
Back to Skopje in the evening. Overnight in Skopje

SUNDAY: Vodno, Stobi and Tikvesh wine region
09:00 Tour starts with visit to nearby mountain Vodno and St. Panteleimon monastery at village Nerezi
11:00 Drive on the main motor way to the central part of the country where Tikvesh wine region is situated.
12:00 Stop and visit to the biggest ancient site in Macedonia – Stobi, dating from 1st century AD.
Well preserved mosaics surrounded by remains of Roman palaces are “must see” of this site.
13:30 Arrival at Royal winery Queen Maria in Tikvesh wine region which story begins back in 1927.
We will feature a taste of our historically significant Vranec followed by four wines of your choice, as well as fresh concept dishes that continue to create culinary memories for new diners and our favorite regulars.
Later on we will leave this extraordinary place and drive back to Skopje for overnight.

MONDAY: Skopje walking tour and Matka lake
Morning walk in the city center and Skopje Old Bazaar with our experienced and professional tour guide.
Light walk in Skopje old bazaar, with its unique craft shops. Visit to Kale fortress hill, with panoramic view to the old and new part of Skopje and later on inside visit to Mother Teresa memorial house.
At 11 o’clock you will be picked up by our driver to visit Matka valley. A lot of possibilities here to escape from the city life – you can take a boat trip to the entrance of cave Vrelo or alternatively, hop aboard a kayak or raft and see the canyon by water. Or simply you can walk along the lake and enjoy the nature. Coffee break at nearby restaurant and long distance drive to Ohrid for overnight.

TUESDAY: Ohrid – the city of UNESCO
Guided walking tour with our guide in Ohrid Old town. Do not miss to have a nice panoramic picture from Ohrid fortress and to visit remains of the first Slavic university in the Balkans, today founded at Holy area of Plaoshnik. You will go inside the recently rebuild Church of St Clement and pass by the unique church of St. John – Kaneo. Finally, you will visit the cathedral church from 10th century, St. Sofia. Afternoon at leisure in Ohrid old town with possibility to have a traditional lunch at some of many restaurants by the lake. Overnight in Ohrid.

WEDNESDAY: St. Naum monastery
After breakfast , light drive along the lake coast to visit another pearl located on the south part of the lake.
St. Naum monastery complex, with its unique church, originally built by St. Naum in 9th century.
Free time for visit to the monastery or to have an unforgettable 40 minutes boat ride
above the springs of Black Drim river (entrance fee and boat fee apply – to be paid on the spot)
Later on, transfer back to Skopje and arrival in Skopje early in the evening. End of the tour.
